"I"m happy with it. I'm glad I bought it. If you are a beginner looking for a starter HRM, this is a good bet. It's good for athletes as well who don't want to deal with a bunch of extra "stuff" or technical stuff they may not understand (like me) to upload to their computer, footpods, calibrate, etc..."Lucy
Ease of use
The buttons are great. They are almost flush with the watch face. It took some figuring out how to get it to do what I wanted it to, but once I got there, the rest was pie.
Quality of Construction
good. No scratches so far, seems durable.
Fit
The watch face is a bit big. No bigger than, say, the Garmins, but it's not bad at all once I got used to it. The strap fits good too- no slippage and surprisingly comfortable that I often forget to take it off. Watch 4 strap 5
Comfort
The watch is comfy, but it can seem a little too big sometimes. The HRM strap is great (deserves a 5 here).
Adjustability
No problem setting HR zones and the correct time
Durability
I've wore it in the pool, to the beach, in an OW swim, doing dishes, in the shower, you get the idea. It's held up well.
Value
Good value for the money, a basic, no frills HRM. If you want a basic HRM with less bells and whistles, this is for you.
Appearance
I like the green one- my favorite color. I'm not keen on the white dial but I think it's so you can see the numbers on the dial better
Customer Service
I have not had to use customer service (knock, knock).
Performance
I've used this for several races. It works well, stores your information for a month.
Strengths
Good HRM. Basic stuff, just what I want- HR, splits, zones, kcal.
Weakness
The watch face is just a tad too big.

nothing, take it out of the box, strap it around the chest, slap it on the wrist, and go.
