"I've been using this for only about a week. I'm normally a huge skeptic about supplements, but i thought i'd give it a shot because it's gotten such great reviews. I really do feel like it helps. At the top of hills i recover more quickly, i can get higher climbing the same hills on a bike without feeling like i'm going to die.
