They're trainers. How hard are they likely to be to use. Come with very good speed lace system.

Look around on the internet- they can be had for a bargain price. Considering how versatile they are, you cant go wrong.

Look great. I also tend to wear these casualy.

Strengths

A brilliant 'go everywhere' trainer. Stable enough for use off road in most situations, yet cushioned enough to use on pavements etc. I nearly always have to do a bit of road running to get to any decent off road trails, where I prefer to run) so these are absolutely ideal.

Weakness

Relatively heavy (with hindsight having now bought some proper road trainers) for running fast.
