"This is a great safety product for anyone that runs, cycles or even swims. Triathletes and Marathoners in particular that put hours in on open roads need this type of identification system with them while training. I never go out on my bike or run without my watch therefore I'm never out without my Watch ID. "ddtsbr
Ease of use
No brainer... wrap the ID on your watch band and you'll forget it's there.
Quality of Construction
Good -- made in the US!
Fit
One size fits all.
Comfort
You won't notice it's there.
Adjustability
If needed, but not much.
Durability
So far, so good. Washable with soap and warm water. The stainless steel ID tag is rust and corrosion resistant.
Value
This unit has a high value as it could save your life.
Appearance
The maker has recently added colored ID so they are more attactive than the black version I use from several months ago.
Customer Service
Not sure... have not had to contact them.
Performance
Good. I often forget it's there until I take my watch off.
Strengths
There are several safety ID companies out there, but none of them offer an ID that integrates with your favorite training watch like this one. Very easy to install -- basically wrap it on and forget about it. The ID holds up to five lines of information with 23 characters per line.
Weakness
My ID is black and matches my watchband so it doesn't standout (except for the silver ID tag) so you might want to buy one of the more colorful versions. The nylon webbing used to hold the tag won't rot, but does need to be washed as it will absorb sweat.
Ease of installation
Very easy to wrap on to your watch band.
