"A great wheel value - highly recommended. Neuvation has saddles and complete bikes as well; based on this experience I would buy again. "40isnotold
Ease of use
Goes around when you pedal or roll
Quality of Construction
These wheels are very well built. I have ridden about 1500 miles on them on all kinds of roads, from gravel, to tar and feather, etc. Hit some big potholes, so rough RR crossings, ran over a bottle ejected during a race, and not even the slightest wobble. Bearings roll smooth. Look good too.
Durability
See above; I am not a wheel's best friend and these wheels have held up unbelievably. I've been thru a lot of bikes and wheels and these are the best I've had yet. As true as they were out of the box.
Value
$299 bucks for a 1580g wheelset that has held up as well as these - oh yeah. Most wheelsets in this price range weigh 400g more. I'm not a weight weenie but thats almost a pound of rotational weight. They are always "on sale", but whatever. So is everything at Kohl's and Performance Bike and I still shop there.
Appearance
Not everyone likes the decals but I don't mind them. If you want to take them off they give you instructions. I kine the black spokes and chrome hubs and nipples - look great w/my black bike.
Customer Service
John Neugent was responsive to all my questions, and provided recommendations based on my riding style and terrain. He was prompt in responding to e-mails, and the wheels got here quickly once I did order.
Performance
The more miles I put on them the faster they seem to roll.
Strengths
Grams per dollar, indestructability.
Weakness
I haven't found any yet.
