Ease of use
It's a shoe, enough said.
Quality of Construction
Never had one fall apart on me or even tear.
Fit
Best for a neutral fit. Although I have narrow feet, if I do an extra loop at the top of the shoe, the heel does not slip. Lots of forefoot padding, too.
Comfort
Light and extra forefoot padding makes them nice for longer runs. I little too flexible for trail runs.
Adjustability
Not much need for this other than the ability to add an extra "lace loop" at the top to tighten the heel.
Durability
I usually need a new pair due to boredom and motivation rather than breakdown.
Value
A little on the high side, but willing to pay it for comfort.
Appearance
Not too loud, not too plain.
Customer Service
Never had to use this.

Overall, a solid, light shoe.
