Quality of Construction

great construction -- really hold up when used for everything, from running to basketball to softball.

Fit

these are the perfect fit for me. I've tried using Asics, Saucony, New Balance as they are easier to get discounts, but I always return to Nike and have quit giving others a try as they leave me with blisters in the oddest places. If the shoe fits, stick with it

Customer Service

I give a three because they are average -- just like every other shoe company. I've never had a bad experience, but would be nice if I actually did get some kind of customer appreciation out of them given I buy at least six pair of shoes per year and advertise them all over the basketball court, soccer field (where nikes there too), and races.
