Ease of installation

Almost too easy to set up. I almost missed installing the skewer, but I'd bet that I was set up in less than 10 minutes.

Within in 5 minutes I was riding at it has been great since then.

Feels like a very solid piece of equipment, so far.

Adjustability

Moving the trainer around is a little difficult when the bike is attached, but it is so easy to remove, that really hasn't been an issue.

I looked at a lot of different trainers, prior to purchasing this one. For the money, it was much less expensive than some of the other brands to the point that I was able to overnight it.

Performance

Although I've only had it for a couple of weeks it has been fantastic to use.

Strengths

This is a great trainer for the price. I could not find another Fluid trainer for under $200. I have ridden from 30 minutes up to 90 minutes, and been very satisfied with the results.

Weakness

None at the moment.
