Ease of use
Double sided entry, step on pedal and SNAP you in!
Quality of Construction
A+++++
Fit
Perfect, comes with shims for cleats to fit all shoe contours
Comfort
Comfortable
Adjustability
Easy to adjust float w/ two screws
Durability
Fell on first ride cause cleats were tight and wouldn't disengage. Cause the plastic cleat plate to break off shoe. Cannot buy replacement parts for cleat, have to replace the whole thing!
Value
Worth the extra money for a easy pedal.
Appearance
A++++
Customer Service
Great service, as mentioned above with broken cleat, they sent me a new plate since the product was brand new. They said they didn't want me to lose faith in the product...customer service is top notch and alone worth the extra money!
Performance
Great, no disengaging, ride with confidence!
Strengths
All around great pedals, especially for new riders who don't want to have to worry about disengaging and quick starts from intersections and stop lights. Great for performance riders looking for hassle free parts!
Weakness
Cleats design could be a little more resilient.

Ease of installation
Pedals are pedals. Cleats require the smallest bit of mechanical aptitude as you can over tighten the screws and cause too much spring tension.
