"I'd buy it again but would love to see BT get working interfaces."mackjenn
Ease of use
Can be as simple as put it on and go. Advanced features do take some work to figure out.
Quality of Construction
No issues at all - watch works in water (waterproof) even though the chest strap does not adequately transmit.
Fit
Comes with wrist strap extension for larger people (I never used it - not sure how it would work). That said, if you have a large chest, the belt might be too small.
Comfort
the newer W.I.N.D. belt is much more comfortable than the older hard plastic ones. GPS unit is about the size of a large MP3, so not intrusive at all
Adjustability
No issues for me. Chest belt is close to max length
Durability
I've washed my belt a few times (in a mesh bag on delecate) and let it air dry. No problems with operaiton
Value
I like Polar and believe I'm paying some for the name - might be better ones out there; however, I've had 3 different brands and Polar always worked well - other two did not (cheaper).
Appearance
Better than some of the wrist clocks you will see out there. Smaller watch face does mean smaller numbers, but that has never been an issue.
Customer Service
Did not need this.
Performance
Sometimes I have issue getting clean signal, but usually related to dry conductor or low battery.
Strengths
Great product with reliable results. The GPS unit is great for analysis of run / ride after the workout (and with the GPS, switch from bike to run is VERY easy since no change in equipment is needed). GPS option also eliminates calibraiton of wheel and step distance covered.
Weakness
Does not work when swimming, so the belt is one pc of equipment I have to put on during T1. I've not worn it while wearing a wetsuit yet, but I suspect it would still not work while swimmming, but would work shorlty after drying off (before leaving T1). Also does not upload to BT yet.

Ease of installation
Put on the chest strap, hit the big red button. Software and USB interlink all worked great.
