Performance

The only thing that limits its performance is me.

Strengths

Very difficult workout, but fun. Makes me want to get on the trainer, which is kind of like saying makes me want to go the dentist for a filling without Novocaine. The nice thing about the video is that is tells you exactly what to do. There isn't much need to think during the video which is nice, because I am usually suffering so badly that my brain starts to shut down.

Weakness

Me when I am done with the workout.
