Ease of use
Grab hole of them. They provide a cushioned grip on your aerobars that do not get dirty (like tape) and do not get slippery with sweat.
Quality of Construction
They have shown no signs of wear in over a year.
Fit
They fit Profile bars perfectly. Might fits others if they are similar size.
Comfort
I like the fact that they have some cushioning. They also provide grip. I much prefer them to tape.
Adjustability
You can slide them up and down the bars as required.
Durability
They have shown no signs of wear in over a year.
Value
You get 4 of them in a pack for $15. I put 2 on my bike and 2 on my wife's. If you have bullhorn bars you could use them there as well.

Ease of installation
Put a little soapy water on your aerobars and slide them right on. Super easy.
