"I would love another pair if they send me one but that's probably not going to happen.
If I thought they fixed the problem I would consider the next generation the S10. can't be sure till i read the review's.

These were great while they lasted

after beginning to get finicky the Forward and back buttons stopped working now the volume up button has stopped. The support forums confirm this as a problem and the manufacturer agrees there are issues but the all say tough luck, you are outside the 90 day warranty.

after 20 years in retail and wholesale I have determined that a warranty is for half the length the manufacturer think there product will work. 90 days means they think it's good for 6 months. I got lucky I guess in there eyes.
