"Don't get all weight weenie with smaller components such as this. The difference between this and SRAM's top shelf RED components is about 30 grams and $200 bucks! Save your cash for the real weigh monsters like the frame, crank or wheels."1800vtx

2 allen wrenches and a bit o patience, took less than 30 minutes.
