Strengths

A more price conscious way for the beginning runner to keep up with mileage. Enjoyed the fact that it kept up with personal bests for overall distance and workout time as well as fastest mile. Enjoyed participating in a number of Nike Plus challenges

Weakness

Short battery life on unit. No way to recharge unit. Had to buy a new one after less than a year's use. Never did get my unit to accurately measure distance. It reported 14.9 miles for my first half-mary.
