"i am not a gadget/gimmick person. was really looking for something to help on the strength part of the swim stroke that wasn't outside the pool (ie: weights). only had them for 2 months now and i notice a difference iin my stroke efficiency and pull strength. once you get the feel, you will be pleased."Bnclev

Strengths

easy to use and really helps you get the feel of the water...does what it tells you it's going to do. you know when your stroke is off/inefficient.

Weakness

getting the tubes through the holes and fitting took a bit of time and elbow grease, but well worth it.
