"I bought the seat because stuff was going numb which shouldn't oughta be going numb. I've tried a couple other seats including a nice Profile Design. Changes helped, but I think I've found my answer with the Adamo Road.
I can definitely recommend it if you're looking for comfort solutions for longer rides. Kinda wish I'd started with this saddle instead of dropping aa couple hundred trying others.

Ease of use
Its a bike seat. Doesn't get any easier than that.
Quality of Construction
Only had it a month or so, but I perceive this saddle will last a good long time. Seems to be very high quality construction. Good attention to detail with seams, materials.
Fit
Fit is always a personal issue. I picked up this seat because I read some HIM and IM customers purchase and use this seat... which is my goal for this season. The seat fits me quite well though.
Comfort
Takes a little getting used to. You'll read this about these seats. Completely changes your pressure points so it takes some riding days for those new places to get used to sitting. Don't assume that because your butt is conditioned to riding, that same condition will transfer to this new design. Give yourself a few rides before you stop feeling the 'new' soreness.
Adjustability
Typical seat adjustment range. Definitely follow the installation video guide online to start with.
Durability
I've only used it a short time. Can't comment as to actual long term durability.
Value
This is a tough line item to grade. The seats are not cheap and I saw prices up to $170 for this seat. The question is how much price do you put on numb-parts. Some people might pay a thousand bucks to get rid of numbness and discomfort. Others won't spend a dime extra on anything and just tough thru it.
I guess I felt it worth enough to try a couple different seats. This is my 3rd try. Price is probably higher than it needs to be. HOw much can it cost to build a saddle. But then... it worked for me, so I'm happy.
Appearance
Looks funky for sure. But in a way it makes a statement which is cool.
Customer Service
Bought mine off Amazon and saved about $50 offr the first price I saw at a tri shop. Shop around, you'll save some money on this purchase. Amazon did fine for me.

Strengths
Does what it says for me. Got rid of my numbness and has reduced long ride discomfort.
The seat actually feels great when you're in the aero riding position! If you ride aero, this seat rocks! And if you haven't ridden aero much, this seat will encourage it more.
Weakness
Funky look (though sometimes that can be a positive).
Price.
Takes some getting used to. Complete new set of pressure points to get used to with your riding.

Ease of installation
Saddles are always easy to install. Nice that ISM provides a setup video on their website explaining the optimal seat position. I fiddled with their recommendations a bit and found tilting the nose down a couple degrees agreed more with my 'undercarriage'.
