Quality of Construction
Sturdy actually feels safe
Strengths
No matter how strong your legs are you won't be maxing out this fluid training. I've used a few different ones but this one tops them all. I like the heavy flywheel it keeps the ride smooth as if your on a real ride.
Weakness
Me, and I dislike how much frame flex my bike endures. If you have an old steel bike ride that while on a trainer you won't know the difference.
