Adjustability

Semi-custom fit means that if your fitter is good, the bike fits perfectly. Since then, I haven't needed much adjustment.

Durability

I have raced on some pretty broken up pavement; no issues. Beyond that, it's a finely tuned carbon bike - I store it and move it carefully.

Value

I decided to spend more on the Parlee versus a comparably equipped Cervelo. In return for the extra cost, you get a great fit and a great ride.

Customer Service

Excellent. I did talk to Parlee before the purchase; haven't needed much since, but there is definitely a company that stands behind the purchase.

Weakness

Cost - nets out about $1000 more than a comparable equipped carbon Cervelo, which is probably just as fast. Parlee's strengths are the semi-custom fit process, and the comfort and smoothness of the ride.
