"I couldn't deal with the bottle belts and they got hot too quickly in the desert sun. The flashflo holds enough liquid for 2 hours+ in 100 degree heat and keeps it relatively cool and has the ability to store extra gear. It has a second pocket for keys, ipods, nutrition, etc. The bladder is easy to fill and close. Once I installed the longer hose it has been a great addition to my gear. "ktsdad
Quality of Construction
Typical top notch quality from Camelbak. Just as good as my 30 year old and still working Rogue.
Fit
Hard to learn to adjust tightness of belt strap and other adjustment straps, but fits well once you get the hang of it. Hydration tube is too short. I replaced mine with a replacement one and I could then use it without dipping my head.
Comfort
Fine once fitted properly. I can hardly notice it with a liter or less water. Completely full it does bounce slightly when running. Biking and hiking are no issues what soever.
Adjustability
Straps may be strange at first, but now I can see why they were placed where they are and it fits great.
Durability
I've put about 20 hours on it with not so much as a blemish.
Value
I found mine on sale for $30. Retail is $45 or $50. Worth trying if you can't handle the bottle belts or need more water.
Appearance
Mine was an ugly lime green, but it was on sale and it has refletive bits and otherwise looks fine.
Customer Service
Never had a need to call them, so no comment here.
Performance
It works great for what I wanted once I installed the longer hose. The second pocket has a clip for keys and two mesh pockets for wallets, phones, etc. I even stuffed a running shirt in there when it was really hot one day. Great overall performance for a long hike or run.
Strengths
Large volume, decent insulation, typical camelbak quality. Add a longer hose and you have a great pack with room for an mp3, phone, some nutrition and other nick-nacks.
Weakness
somewhat bouncy when completely full, supplied hose too short

Ease of use
A little bit of a learning curve, but easy once you get used to it.
