"These shoes are great for indoor spinning, but I use them comfortably outside. They have laces which are hard to use during a triathlon, but are easy to walk in due to the cleat which is not exposed. I love these shoes, so I am planning to use them for years and years to come!!"brittlovestri
Ease of use
Clipping in to my SPD pedals is not difficult.
Quality of Construction
I like that the shoes are easier to walk in than most cycling shoes, though they are not very sturdy, and they have laces which makes it difficult to "pre clip" in your shoes for a triathlon.
Fit
I am usually a size women's 36, so I bought 36 and they fit very well.
Comfort
They are comfortable and breathable.
Durability
I have only had these shoes for 1 year, but one of my friends had used them for 4 years.
Value
I bought these shoes wholesale for 50 dollars, and they were certainly well worth it!
Appearance
They look like regular sneakers, and the cleats are not fully exposed which make it easier to walk with them on.
Customer Service
I did not buy them directly at a store, but I got them quickly from somebody I know that works for a store.
Performance
The shoes are not stiff, but they are comfortable to go to spin class in. I have these shoes that I wear for spin class and some rides, and another pair that I use for longer rides.
Strengths
The cleat is not exposed, they are comfortable, look good, perfect for indoor spinning, and were well worth the price.
Weakness
They have laces, but are stiff enough for comfortable cycling.

Ease of installation
I did not need to install these shoes, though putting the SPD cleats on them were easy, and clipping in is not difficult.
