Quite comfortable, should improve even more once my knee recovers from surgery.

Adjustability

Quite good. Being a Defy 1 composite, you do have to lay out the money on a torque wrench and carbon grease if you're going to do your own seat adjustments etc. very easy to over tighten by hand and damage the carbon post otherwise.

Performance

Can only compare it to my mtb (Specialized Camber Elite) and I will not ride my mtb on the road again that's for sure.
