"Used it for (now) 7 yrs. Has served me well on 1200K randonee rides, lasting up to 250 miles between applications. Can be a bit hard to find, but it keeps forever and is a superior product."danimal123
Ease of use
Lasts a LONG time. Helps keep saddle sores at bay and is non-stinging.
Quality of Construction
Again, long lasting. Do not leave the tin in a hot car!!!!
Fit
One size fits all.
Comfort
Comfortable, has a strong odor that I've gotten used to, but it is there,
Adjustability
You can put on as much or as little as you want.
Durability
Very good on-the body and lasts a long time in the tin. Melts quickly in the tin, so keep out of car windows in Florida in the Summer.
Value
One tin lasts quite awhile. The tin is too big to carry on rides, so you need to put some into a small container for touch-ups on the ride.
Appearance
It's yellowish goo.
Customer Service
Never had to deal with these guys, so that's a good thing.
Performance
Superior to other "bike/chamois" specific lubes that cost a lot more.
Strengths
Lasts for up to 250 miles on one application. Very waterproof, so it can take hours of riding in the rain. Relatively inexpensive for such a large quantity.
Weakness
Can melt in the tin in the Summer. Strong smell. Hard (very) to wash off hands.

Ease of installation
Goes on easily, but takes forever to wash off. Wearing disposable gloves during the pre-ride aapplication helps A LOT.
