"Very good running shoe."kenj
Fit
I started using the Omni's with the Omni 6 several years ago. The fit has been very conistant from model to model.
Comfort
For the 11's, the shoe was lightened some and the heel rise was reduced which took some of the cushioning from the shoe.
Durability
I beleive these will hold up for the 350 to 400 miles I typically get from the Omnis,
Value
If I can run injury and pain free for the mileage expected then the value is pretty good in my opinion.
Appearance
Not a fan of the red laces. There is another color available now that wasn't at the time.
Customer Service
I bought these from Roadrunner and the customer service was fine. I ordered them and they arrived as expected.
Performance
no issues so far
Strengths
I am a slight over pronator on the heavier side for a runner so I need a shoe with some support and a little cushion. Although I have tried other shoes from both Saucony and others, I always seem to come back to the Omni's . They seem to fit my running style and the 11's are no different.
The 11's are noticeably lighter, and the reduced heel rise is noticeable as well. I think that the transition to this from the 10's was well done without going with too extreme of a change from one model to the next.
Weakness
After 100 plus miles I haven't found any. It did take some time to get used to the reduced cushion, but it wasn't bad.
