"Good purchase for a basic HRM transmitter which will provide details for zone training and calorie burn."Fechter99
Ease of use
Simple to use right out of the package- connected the transmitter to the strap, turned on Runtastic and it paired immediately. Did install the Polar App for iPhone because I needed the zones while riding on the trainer.
Quality of Construction
The strap seems to be stretching a bit at the end where it meets the loop closure
Fit
Nice, adjustable strap
Comfort
The new strap is so much more comfortable than the older versions. It adjusts to fit and does not irritate my skin during workouts
Adjustability
strap adjusts to fit most average size chest width, can order smaller size if needed
Durability
So far, so good.
Value
Not bad for the price, make sure to check for price variations from different vendors.
Appearance
it's a basic black strap with black transmitter
Customer Service
They are good at honoring their service agreement but difficult to reach on the phone
Performance
After purchasing a different HRM from polar that did give me erratic spikes in my heart rate, I sold that one on eBay and purchased this one, so far no crazy spikes and accurate HRM measurements.
Strengths
transmits to my iPhone
Weakness
does not work when swimming
