I'm in 8 in most running shoes. These fit similar to Brooks Ghost.

Very comfortable. Ran a half marathon in them the week I got them! Not my smartest decision, but not a single blister or hot spot to show for it.

Quality of Construction
Aside from being pretty dirty from many miles of use, the construction is holding steady - no seam separation, the soles still look great, and the material is holding up just fine!
