Ease of use
If you use lots of baby oil or body glide, it is ok to get on. Once out of the water, comes off fast.
Quality of Construction

Fit
I couldn't decide between the XS and S for women...went with XS and it choked breath out of me on my first tri with it. BUT I did not know how to put the wetsuit on properly, with working the suit from the bottom up. Also, I did not know water IS SUPPOSED to get in the suit. I swam in 59 degree water and my body was comfortable, though my face was cold. You know it's cold when you see trout beside you.
Comfort
Except for my neck issue, the suit was quite comfy and kept me warm and my fave thing was how buoyant I felt in it.
Adjustability
Not very adjustable. My neck is scrawny and it was still toooo tight, but again, I may not have put suit on properly.
Durability
If taken care of as per directions (caution...no fingernails), suit seems quite durable.
Value
I bought it on sale and felt it was good value.
Appearance
Oh, v.ery flattering. I felt like catwoman
Customer Service
My telephone experience with Xterra was very favorable. The rep helped me quite a bit.
They did not answer my email, however.

Good
Strengths
Well made, does what it is supposed to, very flexible in the shoulders, nice and thick on tummy and legs for buoyancy.
Weakness
Sizing is iffy. I was 1 pound and 1/2 inch between sizes...like xs small almost too small, but small held too much water and I felt kind of dragging in the water.

So, if installation means getting the suit on, it was fairly easy if you follow instructions
