Ease of installation

The watch has an intuitive interface, easy setup. I was able to do a once over the Getting Started Guide and was up and running really quick.

Ease of use

It was a real easy to get the heart monitor connected / synced. But the GPS sensor (separate unit from the watch) can take over 10 minutes to connect to watch. Pressing the OK button on the watch (round button at the bottom of the watch face) to start your activity; then selecting cycle / running / other... at this point the sensors attempt to connect. The GPS sometimes doesn't connect.

Quality of Construction

The watch can take a hit! I've been in several mountain races, and taken a few spills. At first I thought I had scratched up the watch face, on tree branches or during a failed bunny hop, but was able just to wipe it down and kept on going.

The watch and heart monitor go on without an issue. The GPS, being a separate unit that clips on, I worry about it coming loose and falling off.

Comfort

You can't even feel that it's there. The GPS can feel like it's bouncing around on your hip.

I lost 40 pounds and 6inches off my waist and was able to adjust everything without a problem.

Durability

Back to quality of construction, this watch and it's senors have been pushed to the limits. The GPS senor has even survived a spin in my washing machine too.

For 350 bucks, I would have liked to have the cadence senor included. And the GPS to sync up faster too.

Appearance

The watch looks plane, no non-sense. Don't expect anything fancy. But that's what makes it so easy to use.

Strengths

Ease of use and durability... and the battery life is also awesome.

Weakness

Slow to connect GPS sensor. I have to plan ahead and turn on the GPS before I train, or wait till it connects.
