Ease of installation

The ANT+ is great and easy to use, though sometimes a little fussy.

Toggling through the different screens takes some practice, and some quality time with the manual. Once i got used to it it was fine (unless I had to do something new)

Customer Service

As I mentioned the HRM unit's screws to the battery compartment got stripped, and I emailed Garmin and they are sending a replacement. No questions.
