They are great for those looking for an even, consistent fit on their shoes every time out. Additionally, they guarantee that no matter how hard you run or what you are running through, the laces will not come undone. No stopping your run to bend down and tie your shoes. Ease of installation
Kit bad but bit takes a little adjusting to get them right. Once they are set however , you literally never have to adjust them again. Literally once and done.
