"I've very happy with the pedals, overall - it was a good purchase, and Garmin has been very helpful when needed."mirthfuldragon

Installation is generally pretty easy - no different than any other pedals. However, you do need a specific 15mm crowfoot wrench and a torque wrench. Also, most standard 15mm crowfoots are too thick to use. I bought a cheap generic crowfoot and ground it down on my bench grinder. There are specific makes of wrenchs that fit, so just be careful when buying.

Calibration is easy, and it's just clip in and pedal. From time to time, you can recalibrate by backpedaling 5 times. As easy as any other Look-style pedal.

My first set of pedal pods had a battery-drain issue, but Garmin fixed it very quickly, and my units were a very early production model. It's very solid and light.

Like most Look pedals, fit isn't really a question here.

(0)

The same as most Look pedals.

(0)

Like most Look pedals, there isn't any adjustability built in.

The components seem very well designed and are of good quality. Garmin also sells replacement parts for the pods and pedal bodies.

The items are relatively pricey, but competitive for when you consider another power meter and pedal combination.

The black should go well with most paint schemes.

I did wind up sending the pedal pods back to Garmin, due to a defective early unit - but Garmin was cool and even paid shipping both ways.

They work very well, and allow for lots of choices when it comes to wheels, cranksets, and swapping between bikes.

The ease of swapping between bikes, wheels, and cranks make the units very adaptable to most situations. They can also display right/left power differential, which can be useful for figuring out issues with pedal stroke.

The price point is a bit high, but still competitive. Also, the platform is locked into Look pedals, which limit it for those folks who like Speedplay, or SPD-SL, or other pedal platforms.
