"I would highly recommend this product. I have the older model so to sure how the design changes will effect the ride but mine is great, if a trainer can be great as it grinds you into shape."glayher
Ease of use
Simple to use just use the skewer supplied and attach
Quality of Construction
The unit is very heavy duty
Fit
No issues with my Cannondale Slice
Comfort
Comfort does not really apply since its a trainer you know you will be too comfortable.
Adjustability
Very few adjustments to make but the design makes the adjustments simple
Durability
I have a few squeaks (not tire related) and a clicking sound for the first few minutes of riding.
Value
AA bit pricy compared to other trainers
Appearance
Great colors and design. I have the older model with the flared out legs but it still looks great
Customer Service
Not needed so far
Performance
nevers fails to perform as designed
Strengths
Solid design, ease of use, heavy duty construction.
Weakness
Clicking sound after 1 season of use but only for a minute at the start of the ride

- 36630.93 miles / 2251.19 hours logged
Ease of installation
Putting the unit together was as easy as one, two, three. There are not many moving parts. getting it level was easy but took a couple of attempts to get perfect.
