Ease of use
Easy to install or remove from the car. Easy to mount the bike. No straps, cords etc. Just place the bike on the rack and pull the arms to the tires to secure. Can install on car and secure bike in less than a minute. Rack can be pivoted up from the hitch when not in use if you choose to leave it on the vehicle.
Quality of Construction
Exceptionally well made. No plastic parts. All machined aluminum
Fit
Works well in both standard size hitches. Adjusts for varying sized bicycles.
Adjustability
Easily adjusts for different sized bikes. I've carried my road, tri and mountain bike on it at different times and even my wife's "granny style" bike.
Durability
Lots of miles and tons of usage. Still as good as the day I bought it. Construction is top notch so should last for years.
Value
Pricey for a rack at $299 but worth every penney given how well it works and the quality
Appearance
First rate materials. I've even had people stop me to ask about the rack.
Performance
Works like you wish every product you bought would. Does exactly what you want.....carry your bike safely and securely without a bunch of hassle.
Strengths
Excellent materials. Well thought out design. One of the few things I've bought that I appreciate everytime I use it. Quality product that works well and is easy to use.

Ease of installation
Product comes fully assembled. Rack folds inward to make carrying and storage easy. Fits in either a 2" hitch or a 1.25 inch hitch. Tightens in the hitch with unique hex type wrench. Installs effortlessly and securely in less than 30 seconds.
