"I needed a stability shoe. I love PI products, and the M2 was the best choice. It's not a fast/responsive shoe, but that's OK-it's not what I needed. i'm dying to get healed and try on of the lighter/racier models (N1 or N0)"jeffnboise
Fit
It may run a weee bit long, but not enough to size down for. It fits great everywhere else.
Comfort
I've only put about 10 miles on them. No blisters, but i did get a bit of a hot spot on a pinky toe (but that's normal for me). They seem to be too tight alot-I'm fiddling with laces alot.
Adjustability
shoes = laces
Value
You can't find a decent shoe that isn't 100.00 anymore
Appearance
i wanted the brighter color scheme, but they were saold out. The blue on blue is borrring.
Performance
It's been so long since I've worn a shoe this substantial-I may not be the best judge of it's character. It really feels good when you're in a sweet spot speedwise. When you drop out of that zone-the shoes gets a bit clunky feeling. The solution is to SPEED UP.
Strengths
light weight, sockless running, mild stability
Weakness
colors, can feel kinda 'clunky' at the wrong speed
- 1 people use
- 6 workouts logged
- 24.7 miles / 5.5 hours logged
Quality of Construction
PI stuff is built to last.
