"Love the Blue bikes, they are very pretty to look at and good value triathlon bikes. They have road, cross and MTB as well.....which I do not have a need for at this time."QueenZipp
Ease of use
What can I say? Mount the bike & pedal away!
Quality of Construction
Excellent
Fit
Fits like a glove, I was fit on a fit bike at the shop then when my bike came in they built her up to the measurements obtained on the fit.
Comfort
Very comfortable to ride, handles well
Adjustability
Aside from the saddle height/ position and the bars there isn't much that could be adjusted--but these don't take too much.
Durability
Well made and durable.--full carbon the seat post isn't replaceable if it cracks though......have to replace the whole frame.
Value
Good value for the bike.
Appearance
She is a PRETTY bike.
Customer Service
Blue was replacing my ole T17 with a new frame because the seat post on the T17 cracked. The company was very slow to respond to any emails or come forth with much information on phone calls. I wanted to get the next highest level up on the Triad frame (SP) but Blue could not get a frame to fit me in several months. The bike shop was not particularly forthcoming at first, but with some persistence on my end and letting them know I had spoken to Blue directly got a little more action on their end.
Performance
Rides & handles well
Strengths
Fast & flat....I am not good at cornering in aero so not always a good choice for a technical ride.
Weakness
The person riding her :) Seriously, I need to bust my butt more on the bike.

Ease of installation
Got built in the shop. Was fit on a mock up with CVE's Dave Luscan--perfectly. No need for adjustments.
