Very easy to open. Small and easy to carry. Just the right amount for 45 minutes at a time.

Love the natural taste of the Honey Stinger Gold. Ease of use is great. Very easy to swallow. No stomach discomfort. Great energy boost. No noticeable sugar rush and subsequent crash. Easy to carry.
