I keep mine in my freezer at all times and throw them on after each workout. Couldn't be easier.

I think it looks pretty cool.

Strengths

I have been told to ice for 20 minutes. These shorts stay very cold for much longer than 20 minutes. It has really helped me because my legs feel much better the next day.

Weakness

I wish it came in different colors.
