"Getting home and putting on the recoverysuite has become the favorite part of my workout. In short I wish i had this product 10 years ago when I first started triathlon training. Now on to the details. I hadn't run in about 18 months prior to using this product, but I promised myself once the weather cleared I would get out again. I expected soreness associated with running on consecutive days, or at least soreness due to time off. I've had neither! Is it due to the corerecoverysuit? I think so, I'm doing nothing differently than Ive ever done since running xcountry in high school. "secret_squirrel
