"This is definitely a different feel for a shoe. I think some people will love it. Others, including me, do not. It's worth giving them a shot. However, I think they are for someone with minimal pronation issues as I don't think they controlled my moderate pronation."Artemis

Quality of Construction

No noticeable problems in the 4 months I tried them.

Fit

I'm switching from the Brooks Trance. I found these to have a narrower toe box and a slightly wider heal. It was hard for me to get as good of a fit as I could with the Trance.

Comfort

I found these really uncomfortable. They are very stiff even after several runs. They also do not feel like stability shoes, and I find my achilles and calves to get very sore. I developed shin splints running in them on the treadmill.

Adjustability

For the most part, ok. They were a bit stiff, so it was hard to get the lacing just right.

Appearance

I love the fluorescent hot pink! They definitely stand out. There's something about them that looks a little strange.

Customer Service

Brooks customer service was amazing. I was technically outside of their 30-day return policy, but they were able to assist me in exchanging them for a product that will (hopefully) work better for me. I'm still a bit disappointed that they discontinued my original cushioned stability shoe, but I'm hopeful that I can find something else.

Strengths

Customer service was excellent when I had a problem.

Weakness

Toe box was narrow. Shoe was stiff and uncomfortable. Some people love them, but they didn't work for me.
