"This thing is a beast. If you have an older GPS and are looking to upgrade this one is amazing. It works as an every day watch and will count your steps along with your sleep patterns. I can't say enough about how much I am enjoying my watch.
If you don't plan on wearing it as your every day watch, you might be better suited to get something else."jetsers
Ease of use
It will take a little while to get used to the new flow of the menus if you are coming from a 310 or 910, but it is all laid out in a logical way and super easy to get around once you know what is going on.
It seems about as accurate as my 310 was and the web interface for reviewing the data is good too.
Quality of Construction
This think feels great, Best feeling watch from garmin yet, and I have worn the 210, 310, 910 and garmin swim before this. It has a nice polished look to it, and it looks like a nice all day digital watch. It no longer has that "I'm a GPS" look to it.
Fit
With both sides being flat it allows for a much better fit than any of the other garmin GPS watches I have used.
Comfort
I wear it as my all day every day watch and only take it off for showers and sometimes a little before bed to let my wrist breathe more. Very comfy.
Adjustability
Just like any watch you can adjust its band to fit your wrist.
But unlike other watches this one lets you change the way the watch face looks and allows you to add apps :) Talk about adjustable!
Durability
So far no scratches or paint chipping. I have been wearing it every day for about 3 months. In salt water and lake water and pool water almost every day.
Value
If its what you need its a great value. It looks like the new vivomart might be almost the same watch but half the price. But I personally like that the 920 does NOT have a touch screen. I don't want to accidentally screw with my watch when taking my wet suit off at a race.
Appearance
I think it looks like an awesome digital watch. Some people think its not "dressy" enough to wear all day to work, but hey I don't work in places where I wear a suit and tie and am expected to have a fancy looking rollex or anything.
Customer Service
I haven't have to contact them about anything.
Performance
This has been a trooper, I love that it has a cadence sensor inside, so I no longer have to switch the old cadence pod between my sets of shoes. It gets gps reception in seconds. The only thing I have noticed is it sometimes loses and reconnects to my HR monitor in a work out. But my old watch did too, it just never would beep and tell me when it did.
Strengths
Awesome High end Garmin + smart watch all in 1.
Weakness
First gen smart watch may be passed up quickly in the next year or 2.

Ease of installation
It doesn't take much to set this watch up. Turn it on and answer some questions and you are good to go for your first swim bike or run. If you want to pair it to your phone you have to have a garmin acct set up and install the app on your phone. Turn on the bluetooth and do all the pairing stuff. Its all quite easy.
The worst part is installing the PC software and using the usb cable it comes with, and its still easier than any of the old watches that you have to attach to the computer. This though allows you to set up the wifi and that makes getting things on and off the watch a cinch even without your phone.
