Value

I usually buy the individual packets for around $3.00 a pack. My LBS does not sell the bigger size so I am forced to continue buying the individuals.

Performance

The first time I tried Generation UCAN on advice from a co-worker I was hooked. I mixed it in a 16oz glass of water (this was a mistake as you must shake well for maximum mixing!) and threw it down the hatch half an hour before my bike ride. Once I hopped on my bike I didn't think I would stop. I had an insane amount of energy! I even had energy by the time my ride was over. It was a trip.

Strengths

Sustained energy for longer bike rides or runs. No need to worry about bringing gels or gu's and where to put them.

Weakness

You really have to like the taste of Stevia (which I do not, but have gotten used to) and you must shake the product well to ensure it all mixed together. It is also slightly chalky which you have to get used to.
