"I have a tendency to go out too fast with too high a stroke rate, so the Tempo Trainer helps to keep my stroke under control. I would recommend this for anyone looking to improve their swim training. "Scott71
Ease of use
Fairly easy to use, but other than using the stroke per minute setting, I have not explored many of the other features.
Quality of Construction
I've dropped it on the pool deck several times and no damage so far.
Fit
Fits just fine under my swim cap.
Comfort
Comfort is not too bad, but can dig into the side of your head from time to time.
Adjustability
You can adjust the 'strokes per minute' by simply pressing a button and can do so while under your cap.
Durability
As above, I've dropped it a few times and it seems to hold up.
Value
I thought it was a little expensive for what it is, but it has been helpful to my swim training.
Appearance
Fairly small and decent look.
Customer Service
No contact with Finis' customer service yet.
Performance
It does what its supposed to do.
Strengths
Size and ability to change the batteries (prior model could not change batteries).
Weakness
The 'beep' is a little loud and can't be adjusted.

- 159 workouts logged

Ease of installation
It comes with a clip to attach to the goggle strap but I've just been tucking the unit under my swim cap.
