Ease of use

It's a little difficult to get it on and off without having it get twisted up. But the on/off button is easy, and the charging is easy.

Value

Very good product with multiple uses for an inexpensive price.

Strengths

The lights have a red triangle light in the back that can be steady or blinking, and a round white light in the front. Both lights are either both steady or both blinking. The box says it's not suitable for cycling, but that's my primary use. It's not bright enough to light my way, but I feel much safer riding with such an obvious light. Even during the day, it makes it easier for a driver to see me, without ruining my aerodynamics. It straps close to the body and is adjustable. I did not notice it while riding. It wasn't hot, tight, or in the way, and didn't shift around.

Weakness

It could be a little brighter, and there is a large wire that runs from the back (where it charges) to the front light. The wire seems awful while looking at it, but when wearing it, it really is a non-issue.
