Ease of use

Simple powder to water mixture. The formulation is 1 scoop to 8 oz of water, which is somewhat annoting because if you have a 12 oz or 16 oz bottle, you can't use 2 scoops, so you are limited to 8 oz of fluid.

Comparitively, it is priced competitively with other products of it's type.

When it is mixed from powder it is very cloudy and foamy. Not a big fan of that.

Performance

For me, this is not a good product. The fruit punch is the only flavor I can stomach (I didn't try the grapefruit because it contains real grapefruit and it interferes with medication I take). At the instructed strength, i had a lot of stomach distress with the product. I tried mixing it a little thinner and it did not help. I went thinner still and it tasted like bad water. I can't use it. As far as recovery goes, it seemed as good as any other protien/carb drink.

Caused me stomach distress. Taste was not good. Has kind of a funny smell.
