Quality of Construction

Asics has never let me down on construction. The shoe holds up well past retirement.

Fit

Well fitting neutral shoe with what I would consider a roomy toe box. This allows the forefoot and toes to spread out during your stride. I've had issues with other shoes in the past beind too constricting in the toes and forefoot.

Comfort

See "Fit". However, I knock them down a notch as the Nimbus 8 and 9 aren't as cushy as the 7's were. This was due to an attempt to make the shoe lighter. Word on the street that the Nimbus 10 will go back to the comfort level as the Nimbus 7.

Appearance

The new red color is awesome. However, I have never been a huge fan of the "shiny" look. Once again, I go back to the look of the Nimbus 7 which was still shiny, but a bit subdued.
