"I bought these fins due to a very poor whip kick. Each kick moved me only 6". Using these fins I received immediate feedback on the proper position of my feet during the kick - wrong position gave me no propulsion. These fins resulted in some injury since I have never moved my legs in this manner. My knees and thighs hurt so much after two days use that I took a week off from running and biking. Go slow if you have never attempted the whip kick. These fins are great for the designed purpose - breaststroke."tmueller
Quality of Construction
Soft durable TPR material
Fit
Each size fits a large range of feet and fit is imperfect. The flexible material helps though. Larger feet (11-13) may not find a fit.
Comfort
Comfort is ralated to fit. The fit is a little loose but still comfortable since any pressure in on the whole foot instead of on the heel / toes like conventional fins.
Durability
Cannot say conclusively but the quality seems like these fins will last a long time.
Value
Good value for the fins but these are good only for one type of kick.
Appearance
Being a relatively new design these look akward and ugly.
Performance
Like most fins these increase speed and also work muscles.
Strengths
Develop muscles and improve whip kick during breaststroke. The added speed from these fins allow for a more fluid glide phase of the stroke.
Weakness
Limited use in your pool toy arsenal. No weaknesses noticed in the construction or design of the fins, though.

Ease of use
It takes a few lengths of the pool to get used to these fins if your whip kick is off.
