Ease of installation

All that is needed is cleats to put on. Shoes even come with there own screws if needed. Accepts 2-bolt SPD-Style and 3-bolt LOOK-Style cleats

2 velcro midfoot straps, 1 ratchet closure.
Not quite triathlon friendly, but still surprisingly easy to put on and remove

Quality of Construction

Ratchet on one shoe catches when it shouldn't every 5 times or so that I put on the shoe.

Fit

Initially (first 100-150 miles) I had a slight lateral foot pain in one foot, but it has since subsided and would only last for about first 20 minutes of each ride. Straps and ratchet make the shoe feel very secure though.

Like above, lateral foot pain that subsides. And a good secure feel.

Adjustability

Ratchet can be shifted to allow for a bigger foot, but I don't really see the need as there is plenty of room in the ratchet and straps for adjustment.

Only 200miles or so on them so far, but no problems besides the ratchet that catches

Value

$100 seems to be at the bottom end of the spectrum for carbon soled shoes. While it's only my second pair of cycling shoes and my first pair of carbon soled shoes, they seem to work fine for me.

Pretty boring black color, but by no means ugly.

Performance

Again I'll say they are my first pair of carbon soled cycling shoes, but the power transfer definitely feels lossless. They are just a little heavy.
