"The shoes are not comfortable as the earlier models of Nike women's trail runners. I am in the market to find better running shoes."kenoster
Comfort
Width was a little tight. The previous two pairs of Nike women's trail runners were wonderful, so I stuck with what worked and bought the third pair. It was never comfortable.
Adjustability
I had to adjust the laces several times to get a more comfortable fit over the bridge of my foot.
Durability
OK
Value
Expensive for what I got out of the product.
Appearance
Great
Customer Service
Not good - online response within 48 hours, but then had to phone the helpline and the rep was very negative.
Strengths
Looked great - loved the pink swish. Nice looking design, but after the success I had with the two previous models, a big disappointment.
Weakness
The soles seemed to melt away when I was running on the treadmill and became sticky. I have to retrack my earlier comments - it was the treadmill rubber that was coming off on the shoes. Do not use trail runners on a treadmill...

Fit
Did not have half sizes, so I had to buy a half size bigger to fit width. The retail store said that the new model was not made in half sizes.
