"This is my first trainer. I'm sure there are better fluid trainers out there, but probably not for $140."froglegs
Ease of use
About as simple as it gets. Once the bike is on it there is nothing to do except get on and ride.
Quality of Construction
It seems to be made of quality materials, nothing on it feels cheap.
Fit
My 650c tri bike and 700c road bike both fit on it.
Comfort
The ride is plenty smooth.
Adjustability
This is not the adjustable model, so I just set it so that it is hard to push in high gear, and use the gears on my bike to vary resistance.
Durability
I haven't had it long enough to assess this.
Value
I wanted an inexpensive, simple, quiet trainer, and that's what this is.
Appearance
It's black and looks nice in my kitchen.
Customer Service
I haven't had to deal with Performance, but the shipping was fast and I got what I ordered.
Performance
It does what it's supposed to do, and I can still hear the TV.
Strengths
Simple, quiet, inexpensive.
Weakness
Lack of features (although for me this is not a problem).

Ease of installation
It took me about 5 minutes to put it together, and another 5 minutes to put my bike on it. The instructions were clear and the allen wrench needed to put it together was provided.
