Gave me what I was looking for!
Strengths
Gave me the boost nutrition-wise to push through my long workouts without bonking.
Weakness
Taste took a bit of getting used to. But I can stand just about anything and I don't mind it.

Ease of use
It's a powder. Mix it with water and shake really really well. Did not settle to bottom of bottle which was good.
